What do I wear?

Sun protection is also important, especially if you will be riding during the late morning or early afternoon hours. Be sure to have sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat. Jewelry should be left at the resort.  If a rider has long hair, it is best to pull it back into a low ponytail if you are wearing a helmet while riding.
